Our client is an expanding SME business with offices across the globe. They have a newly created role in their Oxford office for a permanent Digital Marketing Executive.

Reporting into the Marketing Director, typical duties will be to:

  • Develop and execute the company social media strategy across platforms.
  • Create, shoot, and edit engaging multimedia content tailored to each platform.
  • Design visual assets.
  • Write clear, compelling captions and post copy aligned with brand tone and objectives.
  • Manage the social media content calendar, scheduling posts and monitoring performance to optimise results.
  • Maintain SEO and add content to company website.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.

Candidates that apply must have hands-on experience of creating and developing social media content. A creative mindset is key, with a strong understanding of social platforms and their audiences, SEO and website upkeep. Strong communication skills are key as there will be some customer interaction at trade shows. A degree in marketing or related field is key as well as some practical experience.

On offer is a base salary of 30-40k (depending on experience), with good benefits such as 30 days holiday, the opportunity to travel (if interested), hybrid working and free onsite parking.
