PLP are a friendly and experienced professional support staff recruiter located in Oxford. We have over 20 years combined experience recruiting across the Thames Valley, typically for growing SME companies across a multitude of sectors.
We have a wealth of knowledge around the hiring process and can offer guidance on salary benchmarking, advice around benefits, the end-to-end recruitment process for less experienced hirers and so much more.
We also know what good practice looks like, being REC accredited, we aim to provide a service that is in the best interests of all parties involved.

Started working in Recruitment in 2004, building a vast network of contacts. After long stints working for the likes of Hays and then Oxby & Parke, Andy decided to set up PLP in September 2018.
Away from the office when Andy isn’t networking, he enjoys socialising with friends and family, fine dining and playing cricket.
