Our client is a well-established and growing business, with offices located in Chinnor. They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their business on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance function with the following duties:
- Assist with invoicing and billing processes.
- Support the management of accounts receivable and payable.
- Help track credit control and outstanding debtors.
- Maintain accurate financial records and data entry.
- Financial reporting.
- Work closely with the Finance Director on various other finance tasks.
Successful applicants should ideally have previous accounts experience within a smaller company. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, have excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A good understanding of Excel is important.
