Our client is a well-established and growing accountancy practice on the outskirts of Oxford. They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team based in Kidlington.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for Supporting the Finance and Administrative operations of the Company to include:

  • Purchase ledger management.
  • Purchase order management
  • Monthly supplier and expense claim payment runs
  • Client account reconciliations and management
  • Monthly reporting, including management accounts for multiple entities and other variance reporting against budget
  • Bookkeeping for multiple entities
  • Reconciling and generating necessary recharges and payments between our organisations

Successful applicants may have practice experience, worked in a service industry or for a professional firm, and will ideally be looking for a career in a progressive business environment. The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or studying, experienced, with a positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

On offer is a salary of £25-£30,000, (depending on experience) good benefits, and hybrid working.
