PLP are a friendly and experienced professional support staff recruiter located in Oxford. We have over 30 years combined experienced recruiting across the Thames Valley typically for growing SME companies across a multitude of sectors.
We have a wealth of knowledge around the hiring process and can offer guidance on salary benchmarking, advice around benefits, the end-to-end recruitment process for less experienced hirers and so much more.
We also know what good practice looks like, being REC accredited, we aim to provide a service that is in the best interests of all parties involved.
We thrive on building long term partnerships with our clients, getting to understand their organisation and team fit, enabling us to find the candidates with the best fit.

Andy
FOUNDER
Started working in Recruitment in 2004, building a vast network of contacts. After long stints working for the likes of Hays and then Oxby & Parke, Andy decided to set up PLP in September 2018.
Away from the office when Andy isn’t networking, he enjoys socialising with friends and family, fine dining and playing cricket.
Andrea
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Started working in Recruitment in 2006, has worked both agency side as well as internal Talent hiring, joining the PLP team in March. Andrea has previously worked with Andy on 2 separate occasions.
Away from the office when Andrea isn’t on LinkedIn, she enjoys spending time with her family, beautiful daughter, and her horse.
Sue
CONSULTANT
Initially from a Finance background, Sue joined the PLP team in July 2022 as the first hire having worked with Andy from both a client and candidate perspective since.
Away from the office when Sue doesn’t have her head in the ATS, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling and walking.
