Our client is a well-established and growing business, with offices located in Chinnor. They are looking for an Office Administrator to join their business on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for supporting the business with the following duties:
- Producing client reports – reviewing reports, following-up, and uploading
- Daily job assigning and support
- Use of client systems for reporting, job scheduling, and permit requesting
- Assist in keeping cloud system up to date as well as maintaining our local file storage
- Assist in fleet management, including processing of fuel card info
- Assist in stock management
- A point of contact for smaller queries
- General office admin responsibilities including answering calls and queries
Successful applicants should ideally have some previous office admin and/or customer service experience within a smaller company. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines, as part of a team. A good understanding of systems such as MS office would be useful.
On offer is a salary of £25-27k (depending on experience) plus benefits and free onsite parking.
