Are you a hands-on creative leader who knows how to balance storytelling, strategy, and stakeholder management?
We’re looking for a Creative Services Manager to take charge of a growing in-house function, delivering visual storytelling and design solutions across internal projects and major transformation programmes for external clients.
What you’ll do:
- Lead a small creative team and manage external suppliers
- Deliver impactful design across digital, video, print, and presentations
- Own internal brand identity and support teams with creative resources
- Collaborate with consultants on client change and communications projects
- Drive innovation using new tools (e.g. AI, Synthesia, Figma)
You bring:
- Previous experience within a similar role, or perhaps agency experience
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and clients
- Strong design skills (Adobe CC, Canva, Figma, etc.)
- A passion for creative innovation and visual storytelling
- A ‘hands on’ approach with project experience
- Previous responsibility for budgets and pricing up work
