Our client, a fast growing business within the property industry are seeking an Account Manager to join their busy team. The successful candidate would be responsible for successfully targeting, engaging, and bringing onboard new prospects as well as managing and growing existing accounts in the region.


  • Work successfully with our clients internal team to meet the needs of both the business and clients to maximise client engagement and enhance the customer experience
  • Forecast and track key metrics and undertake regular reporting both internally and externally
  • Manage and coordinate efficient onboarding processes with the provider; both externally and internally
  • Active monitoring of the cost efficiency and overall performance of the various providers
  • Identify and build strategic relationships with customers directly to aid in pipeline generation
  • Maintain a high level of contact with customers, prospects and introducers


  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, or equivalent role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening and organisational abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects whist maintaining a sharp attention to detail
  • Experience with Account Management Software is desirable but not essential
  • Experience within the property industry would be desirable but not essential

In return our client is offering competitive base salary of £30,000-£35,000 with a generous commission scheme- OTE £50,000-£60,000 per annum.
